I think that DBT is well positioned from the community perspective. Technology-wise, I'm not convinced yet. I only saw some pretty vague Coallesce presentation/demo that wasn't very impressive (lacking GoodData, Malloy or Cube metric defintion flexibility). In short, I don't think metric computation == a SQL table .
